1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 2,000 pairs per design/color/size. However, for first-time or trial orders, we are flexible and can accept a lower MOQ of 500 pairs per color and size.
2. Do you provide samples? How much does it cost?
Yes, we offer samples. The sampling fee is USD 35 per design including shipping cost, which will be deducted from the bulk order after confirmation. For returning customers or confirmed prepaid orders, we offer free samples.
3. What certifications does your factory have?

5. What are your payment terms?
Our general payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term or large clients, we offer flexible options like L/C or OA terms.
6. What is your production lead time?
Typical lead time is 45–60 days after sample approval and deposit. Yarn delivery may take 7–20 days depending on availability and dyeing requirements. Expedited production can be arranged upon discussion.
7. What shipping methods do you offer?
We provide FOB pricing by default. DDP shipping is available upon request. Our shipping options include:
